We, that is Green Mobility Solutions GmbH (GMS), a startup at TU Darmstadt. On the market since 2018 and continuously growing in sales and number of employees. Started in Germany, the (customer) journey is currently continuing to Europe, are you coming on board?
- Processing support requests via email and telephone, providing solution-oriented support for our customers with technical and general concerns.
- Setting up and managing new customers in our web portal and ensuring that all relevant data is stored correctly.
- Supporting the management with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Enjoy dealing with customers and a high level of service orientation
- Interest in sustainable social developments
- Understanding of high-quality products and solutions that require explanation
- Experience in customer service, support or back office preferred
- Confident use of the Internet, MS Office and common CRM systems
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Organizational talent, strong communication skills and an independent way of working
